The staff was helpful and cute. The beautiful double room had a huge balcony and a great view of the beach. The food was fresh and with a great variety to choose from.
The gym trainer slept on the equipment and talked to me while i worked out. He asked how much i paid for my sneakers. The pool boy kept asking for my number (i felt uncomfortable). They couldn't make coffee with soy milk.

the wifi signal was unreliable , a major inconvenience when i needed to work remotely. also , the cocktail prices felt excessive , especially compared to other establishments nearby. i found the constant interruptions by vendors on the beach intrusive , diminishing the relaxation i sought. the hotel could improve by better managing these external interactions. this would considerably.

the staff was very friendly, especially chathu, sara, and susanthi. i got a big room with a balcony (it was great!). the room was clean and tidy. the pool looked amazing!
